We want you to feel confident and vibrant in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring the security ribbon and all garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
